[ Title ] OLED material and Device Technology

[ Abstract ]

OLED (organic light-emitting diode) technologies have made strong advances over the past few years. Device efficiency, lifetime, and color characteristics have been dramatically improved over the last ten years. However, current performances still are not sufficient for TV, transparent, and flexible applications. Thereby, phosphorescent material and its device technologies have been of considerable interest in recent years as singlet and triplet excitons are contributing to the emission of photons. In this talk, material selection ways and device technologies for highly efficient phosphorescent OLEDs will be mainly discussed.
