대학원과정 재학년한 연장신청 안내 Application for Extension of Prescribed Time Limit for Graduate Students

2. 위와 관련하여 2019. 9. 1일부 재학년한이 만료되는 석박사과정(통합과정 포함) 학생의 재학년한 연장(1년) 승인여부 심의(학사연구심의위원회)를 위한 신청 절차를 아래와 같이 안내하오니 신청기간 내 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

가. 대상 : 2019. 9. 1일부 재학년한 만료되는 석박사과정(통합과정 포함) 학생

     (2019년 8월 및 9월 졸업예정자 제외),

나. 제출서류 : 재학년한 연장 신청서 1부.

다. 제출기간 : 2019. 6. 21(금)

라. 제출방법 : 학과 제출

붙 임 : 재학년한 연장신청서 양식 1부(국영문). 끝.

1. Reference : Article 65-4 of Academic Regulations (Prescribed Time Limit)

2. Graduate students whose prescribed time limit expires as of Sep. 1, 2019 may apply

   for an extension subject to approval by the Academic/Research Review Committee.

   Instructions are provided below.

A. Eligibility : Graduate students (including integrated MS-PhD) whose prescribed time

    limit expires as of Sep. 1, 2019.

    (excluding students expecting graduation in August & September 2019)

B. Required Document : Application for Extention of Prescribed Time Limit

C. Deadline : Friday, June 21, 2019

D.  Where to submit: CBE Department office
