입시 홍보를 위한 모교 방문 안내

생명화학공학과에서는 <입시 홍보를 위한 모교 방문>을 아래와 같이 진행합니다.

참여 학생에게는 출장비와 홍보 활동비를 지원하고 있으니 관심 있는 학생들의 적극적인 참여 바랍니다.

1. 방문시기: 5, 6월 중

2. 지원사항:

n  출장비: 학교별 최대 2명 (서울지역 50,000원/인, 부산지역 70,000원/인)

n  홍보비: 식비 및 다과 구입비 지원, 학교별 100,000원 이내

3. 신청 및 방문 절차:

1)     방문대학/방문일자/방문자 명단을 학과 담당자에게 이메일로 통보

2)     ERP 출장 신청

3)     모교 방문

4)     홍보비 영수증과 방문후기(자유형식, A4지 1~2장 내외)를 학과 사무실로 제출

Visit your alma mater and share your experience

CBE department supports your visit to the alma mater.

You can meet with undergraduate/graduate students of your alma mater, introduce KAIST CBE department and share your valuable experience - from getting into KAIST CBE, to campus life, research...

Below you can find more information about how to apply, how the procedure goes and what the benefits are.

1. Period: May, June

2. Benefits:

n  Travel expenses: max. 2 persons (Seoul 50,000won per person, Busan 70,000won)

n  PR cost (for snacks, dining, etc.): max. 100,000won/school

3. To apply:

1)        Inform the visitor/date/university to visit to the dept. office by e-mail

2)       Apply for business trip on ERP system

3)       Visit the university

4)      Submit the receipts for PR cost and a report(short essay, 1-2pages, free format) to the dept. office
