학칙 제65조 제4항에 의거 2013년 8월 31일부로 재학연한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함) 학생의 재학연한 연장 신청 절차를 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

=  아     래  =

        1. 대   상 : 2013.08.31부로 재학연한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함) 학생으로 재학연한 연장신청이 가능한 자(2013.08월 졸업예정자는 제외)

        2. 제출서류 : 재학연한 연장 신청서 1부

        3. 제출기한 : 2013.6.28(금)까지

        4. 제 출 처 : 학과 사무실(김세림, x3902)

·         각 과정 공히 휴학기간은 재학년한에 산입하지 아니 함.

·         석사/박사과정의 경우 부득이한 사유로 인하여 재학년한의 연장이 필요할 때에는 심의회의 심의를 거쳐 1회에 한하여 재학년한을 1년 연장할 수 있음.

·         재학년한을 경과하여도 소정의 과정을 이수하지 못한 자는 제적함.

In accordance with Article 65, Paragraph 4 of Academic Regulations, we notify the details on the application for extension of academic period for graduate students whose academic years expires on August 31, 2013

1. Applicability: Graduate students (including integrated MS-PhD) whose academic period ends as of August 31, 2013.(excluding students expecting graduation in August 2013)

2. Required Document: Application Form for Extension of Academic Period

3. Deadline: Friday, June 28, 2013

4. Submit to the Department Office (Serim Kim, x3902)

Time Limit for Degree Completion 

* The leave of absence periods are not counted towards the maximum number of years allowed students to graduate

* For students in master’s and doctoral programs, if this limit has to be exceeded due to unforeseeable reasons, it can be extended for one more year (only once).

* Students, who are not able to complete credit requirements even after the extension, are subject to dismissal
