생명화학공학과 박사자격시험 공고

1. 응시대상: 자격시험에 합격하지 않은 박사과정/석박통합과정 학생 (입학전 학생은 해당없음)
    * CBE602 수강 학점이 B+ 이상인 학생은 필기시험 면제이며, 자격시험 자체를 응시하지 않아도 되는 것은 아님
2. 자격시험 일정:

  • CBE602 수강 학점이 B+ 이상이면 필기시험을 면제함. (단, 2013년에 CBE602를 수강한 학생은 A- 이상일 때)

  • 학위논문연구계획서
  • 국내외 학술지 게재논문 실적
  • 석사 성적
  • 기타 실적 (학회 발표, 특허 등)

※ 유의사항
◦ 휴학기간은 2년에 한해 산입하지 않음. (군휴학, 출산및육아휴학, 질병휴학, 일반휴학 등)
◦ 2009년 입학생부터 박사과정 학생은 입학 후 1년 반 내에 자격시험에 반드시 합격해야 함. 석박통합과정은 통합과정(박)이 시작되는 학기로부터 계산함(응시횟수 제한 없음).
→ 우리 과는 입학 후 1년 내 응시를 의무화하여 미응시할 경우 불합격 처리함.
◦ 위 기한 내에 합격하지 못할 경우 소정의 절차를 거쳐 제적 처리함.
◦ 가급적 Proposal 심사 전에 자격시험에 합격하도록 권장함.
◦ 합격자명단은 홈페이지 공고함.
◦ 2022년 8월 입학예정자는 자격시험 응시 대상 아님.



Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering PhD. Qualification Exam Announcement

1. Applicable to: Ph.D. candidates who have not passed the qualification exam
* Those who took CBE602 and received B+ or higher are exempt for the written exam only and you still need to take the QE.

  • List of published scientific articles (domestic/international) and other research achievements

4. Evaluation and distribution:

  • Written exam will be based on the contents of CBE602 <Problem Solving in CBE>.
  • Written exam is exempt for those who received a B+ or higher in CBE602 (A- for those who took CBE602 in 2013).

  • MS Grades
  • Other research achievements (conference presentations, patents and etc.)

※ Important Note
◦ Leave of absence is limited to 2 years (exclusive).
◦ PhD students who entered in 2009 and onward must pass the qualification exam within 1 and a half years of admission. For Integrated MS/PhD degree students, the beginning of the PhD degree program will be counted. There’s no limitation on the number of times you apply for the exam.
→ Students of CBE must apply for the qualification exam within 1 year of admission, or will be considered disqualified.
◦ Students who fail to pass the exam within the prescribed period are subject to expulsion.
◦ It is recommended to pass the qualification exam before the proposal screening.
◦ A list of those who pass the exam will be posted on notice board of the department website.
