(2012년 7월 18일, 19일 시행)

2012년 7월에 박사과정 자격시험에 응시를 원하는 박사과정 학생은 아래 서류를 기간 내 제출하시기 바랍니다.

◈ 응시대상: 자격시험에 합격하지 않은 박사과정 학생 (2012학년도 전기 입학생까지 해당)

◈ 제출서류

1. 응시원서 (소정양식)

2. 논문연구계획서 1부

▶ 자유 형식 (표지에 성명, 학번, 지도교수 표기)

3. 국내외 학술지 게재논문

▶ 학술지 게재논문 List (증빙자료 첨부)

4. 석사 성적증명서 1부

◈ 제출기한: 2012년 6월 25일 (월)

◈ 제 출 처: 학과 사무실(김세림, x3902)

※ 유의사항

◦시험 전형일을 기준으로 휴학 중인 학생은 시험에 응시할 수 없음.

◦휴학기간은 2년에 한하여 이를 산입하지 아니한다.

◦2009년 입학생부터 박사과정 학생은 입학 후 1년 반 내에 자격시험에 반드시 합격해야 함(이전 학번은 3년 이내). 석박사통합과정은 통합과정이 시작되는 학기로부터 계산함 (응시횟수 제한 없음)

→ 우리 과는 입학 후 1년 내 응시를 의무화하여 미응시할 경우 불합격 처리함.

◦위 기한 내에 합격하지 못할 경우 소정의 절차를 거쳐 제적 처리함.

◦가급적 Proposal 심사 전에 자격시험에 합격하도록 함.

◦응시일시: 2012년 7월 18일(수)～19일(목)

Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering Qualifying Exam Announcement

(Commences in July 18∼19th, 2012)

PhD candidates who want to apply for the doctoral qualification exam in July 2012 must submit applications by the given date.

◈ Applicant: PhD candidates who have not passed the qualification exam including 2012 Spring admission students

◈ Documents to submit

1. Application (prescribed form)

2. Dissertation plan

▶ No specific format (Include your name, entrance year, name of your advisor)

3. List of national/international scientific articles

▶ Include the list of articles being published (bibliographical/reference list)

4. A copy of transcript (MS degree)

◈ Application deadline: June 25th, 2012 (Mon)

◈ Turn in location: Department Office (Serim Kim, x3902)

※ Important Notice

◦Students on leave of absence cannot apply for the examination.

◦Leave of absence is limited to 2 years (exclusive).

◦PhD students who entered in 2009 and onward must pass the qualification exam within 1 and a half years of admittance(3 years for those who entered before 2009). Integrated MS/PhD degree students calculate the period from the beginning of the Integrated MS/PhD degree program. (No. of times applying for the exam is not limited)

→ Students of CBE must apply for the qualification exam within 1 year of admittance, or will be considered disqualified.

◦If not qualified within the given period (above) enrollment will be handled by going through the prescribed formalities.

◦It is recommended to pass the qualification exam before the proposal screening.

◦Examination date: July 18~19th, 2012 (Specifics will be announced later on)
