입시 홍보를 위한 모교 방문 안내

우리 과에서는 <입시 홍보를 위한 모교 방문>을 아래와 같이 진행합니다.

참여 학생에게는 출장비와 홍보 활동비를 지원하고 있으니 관심 있는 학생들의 적극적인 참여 바랍니다.

1. 방문시기: 5, 6월 중

2. 지원금액: - 출장비 최대 2명 (서울지역 50,000원/인, 부산지역 70,000원/인)

               - 홍보비 (100,000원/방문대학별): 식사, 다과 구입 등

3. 신청 및 방문 절차:

1) 방문대학/방문일자/방문자 명단을 학과 행정팀 담당자에게 통보

2) 출장 신청 (ERP시스템 이용)

3) 모교 방문

4) 홍보비 영수증과 방문후기(자유형식, A4용지 1~2장 내외)를 학과 사무실에 제출

◆ 방문 대학은 반드시 출신대학이 아니어도 되고, 석사, 박사 과정 모두 참여 가능합니다.

Visit your alma mater and share your experience

CBE department supports your visit to the alma mater!

You can meet with undergraduate students, introduce KAIST CBE department and share your valuable experience - from getting into KAIST CBE, to campus life, research...

We also support visits to universities other than your alma mater.

You can arrange a meeting with students of the same nationality if you are from a country outside Korea.

Below you can find more information about how to apply, how the procedure goes and what the benefits are.

1. Period: May & June

2. Benefits:

- Travel expenses / 2 persons max. (Seoul: 50,000won per person, Busan: 70,000won)

- PR cost (100,000won/school): Snacks, Dining, etc.

3. To apply:

1) Inform the visiting school/date/visitor to the department office.

2) Apply for business trip (on ERP system)

3) Visit the school

4) Submit the receipts for PR cost/the visiting report(short essay, 1-2pages, no specific form provided) to the dept. office
