2014년도 1/6분기 KAIST 생명윤리심의위원회(IRB) 정기심의가 개최될 예정이오니, 심의대상 과제를 수행할 예정인

연구자께서는 아래의 심의절차 및 첨부파일을 참조하여 2014년 1월 7일(화)까지 심의서류를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

제출 방법

먼저 이메일(kaistirb@kaist.ac.kr)로 파일 제출 후 담당자의 접수완료 확인을 받으면, 

연구책임자의 서명이 포함된 출력본을 연구진흥팀 IRB 담당자 앞(행랑)으로 별도 송부

제출 마감

2014년 1월 7일(화), 별도로 송부하는 출력본은 1월 9일(목)까지

 

※ 연구책임자 및 참여연구원의 생명윤리교육이수는 심의신청 전 의무사항이오니, 첨부파일의 관련교육(www.citiprogram.org)을 반드시 이수해 주시기 바랍니다.

 

※ 인간대상연구 : 사람을 대상으로 물리적으로 개입하거나, 의사소통/대인접촉 등의 상호작용을 통해 수행하는 연구 또는 개인식별정보를 이용하는 연구

 

※ 인체유래물연구 : 인체유래물(조직, 세포, 혈액, 채액, 혈청, 혈장, 염색체, DNA, RNA, 단백질 등)을 직접 조사, 분석하는 연구

Greeting!

 

The KAIST Institutional Review Board will conduct its regular review for the first bi-monthly period of 2014 on biological researches involving human subjects or human biological materials(according to the principle of prior review). Principal investigators conducting researches which are subject to IRB review are asked to submit the documents for review, referring to the followings.

 

Researches subject to review

All human-and Human Biological Material(including embryo and stem cells) research conducted on-campus

(※ In principle, all new projects are subject to regular review)

How to submit

Please submit the file in e-mail (kaistirb@kaist.ac.kr). Upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail, please send additionally the printed copy containing the signature of principal investigator to the person in charge of IRB of the Research Promotion Team via on-campus mail service.

Deadline

Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014; Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014 for printed copy

 

*Principal investigators and other participating researchers are required to take the Ethics and Safety courses before applying for a review. Please refer to the attached file (www.citiprogram.org).
