KAIST will host the 18^th International Conference on Carbon Dioxide Utilization (http://ICCDU2020.org) in July 19-23, 2020. The conference chair is Prof. Jae Lee, the Head of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and many of KAIST faculty members will serve as the committee for this scientific event. The conference has been initiated since 1991 and has occurred in a different part of the globe. It is the first time that this event will be hosted at KAIST. Since 2015, the event occurs annually.

ICCDU is the most renowned academic conference on carbon dioxide capture, separation, utilization and policy related aspects. The climate changes presently faced by the planet point out for the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the forthcoming years. Therefore, CO₂ utilization will play a major role in the efforts of the mankind towards a more sustainable society. Come to KAIST Daejeon, South Korea to participate in the ICCDU 2020.
