Prof. Jae Lee was selected for 100 R&Ds of 2018 National R&D Excellence in the area of Energy and Environmental Sciences and Engineering. In this project, Prof. Lee and his group used CO₂ as a sustainable carbon source to produce high value-added carbon materials. He was awarded the certificate and was privileged for being a candidate for national medals and having bonus points in the selection process of governmental funding applications.
