Kim and co-workers develop a simple and efficient route for the simultaneous enhancement of the light extraction and the device stability of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The method uses a corrugated, conducting polystyrene nanosphere-templated poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) hole-injection layer with controlled surface nanostructure.
