We are interested in protein engineering for the creation and development of new proteins and protein variants. Especially, we are interested in pharmaceutical proteins such as antibody specific for cancer and inflammation and scaffold proteins for selective binding.
Currently main areas of study include:
- Biomolecular engineering :
Engineering of therapeutic protein including Antibody and Scaffold protein
- High throughput screening:
Development of new tools for protein display and screening
- Protein production :
Optimization of gene expression and culture conditions in Bacteria based
on genomic/proteomic studies.
